Hello Friends!

It's been awhile since I've posted in my own blog, I've been quite busy with the Handmade Movement blog upkeep and all that goes along with being the captain of a great group of people! The team had a fantastic year! We surprised 297 unsuspecting shops which garnered them 1363 sales! And we are off to a great start for this year! We've already surprised 6 new shops and started out with getting them 26 sales! 

I created some new digital paintings and resurrected a cute little lion.  More ideas are floating in my head, just haven't gotten into reality yet. In mid March, one of my daughters and I are going to Belize and I hope to be able to get some paintings done while I'm there.

UPDATE ON FABRIC PRINTS!

Back in December, I introduced you to Theresa of KraftyGrannysHome.etsy.com. I had gotten some inkjet printable fabric and asked her to use one of my prints in a quilt and she made these wonderful pieces!

Since that time, Theresa has done a few more pieces using some of my prints and they have all come out gorgeous! She has a tremendous eye for color and fabric coordination! You'll see what I mean when you visit her shop and see all of her other wonderful work.

I recently asked Theresa to use one of my winter scenes, Looking Down Harlingen Road, to make a pillow cover for my sister's birthday. I sent her the print, she chose what fabric to go with it and this is the fabulous result!

My sister is going to be thrilled! She loves country scenes!
